At long last, it’s Mary’s favorite episode!!! And there’s SO MUCH TO TALK ABOUT. So many delicious scenes. So many great costumes. We talk about the revelation of Phryne’s Achilles heel and the Australian tolerance of spiders, the awfulness that is Fredrick Burn, gratuitous pinning, and the implausibility of Constance’s situation.

Ms Fisher’s MODern Mysteries is a different vibe but does have some of the same feminist elements that we love about the first one. We may do a single episode about it. Not sure yet though….
